Catchup

We spent our last evening in Paris just wandering and ended up at a restaurant we had been to once before – Le Vent D’Armor – and managed to get a table without a reservation. Pretty lucky, since there are only eight. Sunday morning, we were up early to catch our train to Montpellier and then the usual painful delay picking up a hire car from Avis. Not all bad, we were upgraded to a Lexus SUV for our troubles. Our little cottage looks exactly as it does in the picture; feels like a home away from home. Today we drove to the local farmer’s market at Castellet and found all the ingredients for a stuffed cuisse de poulette which we will be preparing for dinner tonight.
